In South Korea especially in Seoul, sometimes we (including foreigners) called it as 'Apartment Republic'

It's absolutely true. So many people, including me really works hard to own this one. We Seoul citizen believe that to own my apartment can bring us wealth and fame. Practically it is regarded as the citizenship to live in Metropolitan.

However, its appearances not so good. Frankly speaking it is too boring and weird. It is not only spoiling the city's scenery but also devaluating old city. Most of citizen love this apartment. It doesn't matter how the appearance of apartment beautiful is. Because it is so expensive. They just love its exchange value

The figure below, it is the most controversial apartments in Seoul at YongSan. It is under demolition(destroy) crisis, because its an appropriate location. Seoul government wanted to banish it These are standing at the riverside and block the Han river. From Planning to approval on that building everything are totally wrong.

Currently teants strongly opposed to the Seoul government. The price of this apartment jumped high when conflicts begun...Guess it, How much is it?

Sometimes my wife and I go to large shopping mall without my baby. Unfortunately there are no choices except going mall or shopping center. Because theses are really convenient one-stop shopping space... Movies, Dinner, Buying Cloths etc. In fact, the city life, it is consist of consumptions like these.

I know to climb mountain, or to go hiking are more valuable leisure activities. However, it is impossible especially in Seoul. We are all tired of escaping from Seoul. What funny situation is! It feels that going outside became uncomfortable for us? Malling!!That is the Megacity life. Just buy and spend it. Do not doubt it. Just believe.
